Joseph Mera
Associate Director of Accounting and Finance Services for the UCF Foundation.
Joseph started his professional career with Wet’n Wild Inc. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor of the world’s first water themed park, Joseph managed 5 restaurants and 7 portable food outlets throughout the park generating over $2.5 Million annual revenue.
He then moved on to The BNY Mellon Corporation, working in the Master Trust department of the Investment Management Services division. Joseph’s responsibilities were to audit and manage high profile investment portfolios totaling $36 Billion in Assets.
After deciding to become more involved in the financial decision making of a company, Joseph worked with CFI/Westgate as a Senior Financial Analyst. He worked directly with senior executives on expansion projects and financial planning, with the most recent project being the Planet Hollywood Westgate Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada; a $750 Million 50-Story Vacation Ownership and Condominium Tower.
Currently, Joseph is working with the University of Central Florida Foundation where he oversees the endowments and manages their invested interests. He is currently working with other departments and members of the executive board to increase the endowment size through effective investment allocation and strategic planning. As of June 30th, 2010, the UCF Foundation’s endowments totaled $108 Million.

Jason, originally from Stuart, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida in 2007. Upon graduation, he joined Vestal and Wiler, CPAs in the tax services department. Since moving to Orlando, Jason has been active in the community supporting the Central Florida Gator Club and Junior Achievement.

Joel Goldstein
Joel Goldstein, nominated at age 24 for SCORE entrepreneur of the year, is a professional speaker, author and consultant. He has been featured on television, newspapers and magazines as an expert in Internet marketing strategies. Specializing in online lead generation, his clients have been varied from the largest online swimwear e-commerce website to a local fishing charter. Joel works with international companies based out of Orlando Florida.
As an active philanthropist for education, Joel has dedicated his time to organizations such as Junior Achievement, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and DonorsChoose.org – an educational non-profit and winner at Fast Company’s 2008 Social Capitalist Awards. He currently sits on the boards of local not for profit organizations such as Orlando Young Professionals, Citrus Club Young Executive Board and he is an adviser to Everglades University.
Joel has been invited to the masters’ program at Harvard School of Business to pursue a higher education. With a certificate in management from the Wharton School of Business, Joel has been able to apply managerial principles from classroom to boardroom. Not the average ivy league student, Joel has pursued extraordinary adventures such as deep sea diving and hang-gliding. Joel’s drive for adrenaline has taken him to countries such as Thailand to fight with Muay Thai fighters and to Israel to spelunk ancient desert caves.
Joel published his first book “A Professional’s Guide to Social Media” at the age of 25 in 2010. The first in a series of professional’s guides the book became a “best seller” on Amazon within the first month. Joel speaks at conventions and universities around the world on developing effective online marketing strategies for business professionals.

Matt Anderson
Matthew Anderson grew up in Washington, D.C. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech, and subsequently his CPA license. In 2005, Matt received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
Matt moved to Orlando in August 2005 to accept an Associate position with Fishkind and Associates. Matt performs fiscal impact analysis, proforma analysis, economic damage calculations for litigation support, and real estate market supply and demand studies in his role at Fishkind and Associates.
Matt is a tournament level tennis player and participates in several tennis leagues and tournaments in the area. He enjoys an active lifestyle and being outdoors as much as possible.

Victoria K. Colangelo, is from Boca Raton, Florida and has a BSBA from The University of Central Florida. She has been working in the field of marketing and sales specializing in the wetland mitigation banking since 2004.
Victoria Colangelo is the Vice President of Mitigation Marketing, LLC where she administers the statewide effort for the marketing and sales of wetland mitigation banks. She represents mitigation banks throughout Florida which comprise of 30,000 acres of environmentally sensitive wetlands.
She focuses her skills towards wetland mitigation projects, governmental regulatory politics, developer/environmental engineer relationships, and environmental interest groups.

Matt joined Morgan Stanley in 2004 as an Intern while a finance and economics undergraduate at the University of Central Florida. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he advanced to become a Financial Advisor and later achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner designation (CFP). Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Matt was Co-Founder of Tri-Star, a Florida based home-service company.
Matt currently serves as President for the Orlando Young Professionals Leadership Group, Chairman of the Board for the Wharton Community Alliance and is an active member of Florida Citrus Sports. Matt is a regular volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Alzheimer’s Resource Center and STOP! Children’s Cancer. He is a former Director of Subversion Records, once the second largest record company in Florida, and an Information Technology Specialist for Campus USA Credit Union. While at UCF, Matt served as President of the Financial Management Association and held various leadership/board positions for the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Inter-Fraternity Council and College of Business Administration Collegiate Council.
