Ever wonder what is the best way to ask for a raise? How exactly do you approach your manager about a promotion or career development? In this economy it’s extremely important you give this some thought before going blindly into these situations. Come join us this February 29th and listen to expert recruiter, Bill Peppler of Kavaliro Staffing Services, give his advice as how to best approach these situations.

Bill Peppler

Managing Partner of Kavaliro

With more than 13 years of experience in the technology, financial staffing and consulting industries, Peppler is responsible for overseeing operations and developing additional new markets for Kavaliro in the Southeast, including Charlotte, NC. Before coming to Kavaliro, Peppler worked in the Orlando, Seattle and San Diego markets for international staffing and recruiting organizations. He has recruited for clients such as Microsoft, Amazon.com, Boeing and various Fortune 500 customers. After establishing an office in Seattle, he was offered an opportunity to do the same for clients in Southern California.

Preferential seating will be given to Orlando Young Professional Members, so be sure to pay your 2012 member dues if you haven’t done so already.
